The view offered was amazing, and it was nice to enjoy the terrace with some food and drinks. the staff was also very good and prompt in service. the food and cocktails provided were of a very high standard.
On the other hand, the hotel was situated pretty far from the market, so it was quite inconvenient to travel there, especially since they charged extra for a ride to the Mall road. the hotel also seemed to have some issues with communication;

Great views and clean accommodations made up for the inconvenient location. The staff were prompt and responsive to requests. The terrace was a fantastic place to eat and drink.
The shuttle service offered by the hotel to reach nearby locations was unreliable and the staff was not communicative about it. The night manager was incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful, despite eventually resolving our issue with breakfast.

The hotel staff were welcoming and the outdoor scenery was picturesque. the room was tidy and thoroughly cleaned every day by the housekeeping staff. A complimentary breakfast awaited us each morning with a delightful spread of dishes.
The location of the hotel. It was far from the city center, and there were no nearby public transportation options available.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff here were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. From the ironing facilities to the tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and in-room safe, every detail was taken care of. The comfortable sitting area and balcony provided the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. We were also impressed with the free toiletries, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV in our room. The dining restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food, and the staff there were attentive and efficient. The leisure facilities, including Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, were a great addition to our stay.
